1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of www.youbetchacannabis.com and consumer purchases made directly through this website. The website is operated by NSH L.L.C., doing business as You Betcha! (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms before placing an order. By accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy available at https://youbetchacannabis.com/policies/. Separate written wholesale agreements, where applicable, govern wholesale purchases.

2. Age eligibility and lawful purchases

This website is intended only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. You must be at least 21 to access, browse, or use this website or purchase products from us. By accessing or using this website, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. If you are under 21, you must leave this website and may not use it or place an order.

We verify your age when you enter our website and again at checkout. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable age and identity verification requirements. 4. Orders pricing and payment

Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment approval, and eligibility verification. We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or material pricing or listing errors. If a correction would change an order you have already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price or with a different product. Payments for canceled, unshipped items will be refunded.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.

Order changes and cancellations

To request a change, correction, or cancellation, email info@northstarhemp.com before your order ships. We will update orders that have not shipped, confirming any price or payment adjustment with you as needed. When discussing a cancellation, we may also offer a different product. A substitution requires your agreement, including agreement to any price difference. Every order canceled before shipping will receive a full refund. The 3–5 business day refund processing period begins as soon as we confirm with you that you want to cancel. Choosing a substitute product is optional. If your order has already shipped, contact us by email and we will work with you on the best available solution.

Out of stock items

If an item in an existing order is out of stock, we will email you to ask how you would like to proceed. You may choose another product, wait for the original product to become available, or request a refund of the order. We will confirm any price difference before an exchange and will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If you choose to wait, we will communicate the expected shipping date when known and follow the delay and refund requirements described below.

5. Promotions

Discounts and promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, dates, and exclusions stated with each offer. Enter any required promotional code before completing checkout. Whether offers may be combined depends on the terms of the specific promotion. Discounts reduce the merchandise subtotal used to determine free shipping eligibility.

6. Shipping fees and processing

Free standard ground shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more after all discounts and before taxes. Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $100 after discounts have a flat shipping charge of $12. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

We typically ship orders within 72 hours of purchase. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may delay shipment. If your order is delayed, please contact info@northstarhemp.com for assistance. Shipping information and a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, opportunity to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel, and refund required by applicable law. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly about address errors or delivery problems so we can help review available options.

7. Returns replacements and refunds

We do not accept returns. If your order is damaged, incorrect, missing items, or lost in transit, please email info@northstarhemp.com with your order number and an explanation of what happened. Include photos of the product and packaging when available. A photo of the damaged product is required for a shipping-damage claim; photos are not required of a package or item you never received. We will review the information and work with you by email to resolve the issue, including reviewing shipment details with the carrier when needed.

After you provide the required photo, we will replace products damaged during shipping. If the entire order is damaged, we will replace the order; if only some products are damaged, we will replace those products. If you do not want a replacement, we will ask whether you prefer a different product or a refund for the damaged products. Any substitution requires your agreement, including agreement to any price difference. If a replacement is unavailable, we will email you to offer a different product, the option to wait, or a refund for the affected products. For other product or delivery problems, we will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate refund or replacement, taking your preference into account. We cover the additional shipping costs when replacing damaged or incorrect products.

Other refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. For pre-shipment cancellations, this period begins when we confirm with you that you want to cancel, as described above. Any shorter refund deadline required by applicable law will apply. If you request a different refund method, contact info@northstarhemp.com so we can discuss available options by email. An alternative method is subject to agreement and payment processor requirements. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law, including any required refund for an order that is canceled or not shipped.

8. Accounts and permitted website use

If you create an account, keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use the website for fraud or other unlawful activity, bypass age verification or security controls, interfere with website operation, introduce harmful software, or access another person’s account without authorization. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law.

9. Website content and third party services

Website text, product photographs, graphics, logos, and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.

11. Website availability and limits of liability

We take reasonable care in maintaining the website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website itself is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NSH L.L.C. will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This provision does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not eliminate statutory product warranties, consumer remedies, or rights relating to defective or unsafe products.

12. Governing law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by Minnesota law, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Please contact info@northstarhemp.com about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising rights available under applicable law.

13. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date and providing additional notice or obtaining consent where required. The terms accepted when an order is placed apply to that order unless you agree otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms do not override rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
