You Betcha! They are both members of the cannabis family. Currently, hemp is legal throughout most of the United States and Marijuana is not. They both produce the same cannabinoid called Delta 9 THC. This is the component that provides the buzz. Hemp produces less concentrated THC than the marijuana plant. It takes more hemp than marijuana to obtain the same amount of THC. Due to legal reasons our products are made with hemp derived Delta 9 THC that we grow with strict organic practices on our farm in nutrient rich, USDA-organic certified soil.
If you are new to THC, we recommend you start low and go slow. Start with a quarter to a half of our 5mg products. Enjoy You Betcha! responsibly!
Low Dose: Below 5mg. This is best for beginners or anyone seeking a mild experience. We offer 5mg gummies and 5mg beverages, giving you the flexibility to start low and go slow. For gummies, you can easily cut them into quarters or halves to adjust your dosage. If you prefer beverages, try sipping a quarter to one-half of our 5mg drinks. You Betcha!, it’s an ideal way to ease into a gentle, euphoric experience.
Medium Dose: 5mg. You Betcha!, this is the most favored choice for casual users looking to relax. Our 5mg gummies and 5mg beverages are also ideal for social settings, offering a smooth, balanced experience that’s light, enjoyable and effortlessly fun!
High Dose: 10mg. You Betcha!, we designed our 10mg beverages for experienced users, this delivers a more powerful euphoric experience than our 5mg options. Enjoy our 10mg beverages, or simply have two 5mg gummies or two 5mg beverages to elevate your experience to the next level.
Gummies and Betcha Bars: We recommend you start with a half of a serving. You will start to feel You Betcha! within 30 minutes to 2 hours with the full effects peaking at 4 hours. Allow the effects to take place before consuming more. Assess how you feel and decide if you want a stronger buzz. Effects can last up to 12 hours. Everybody responds differently. Enjoy You Betcha! Beverages: Start low and go slow. You will start to feel You Betcha! within 15 to 20 minutes with full effects peaking at 45 minutes to one hour. Allow the effects to take place before consuming more. If you are new to THC beverages, we recommend starting at the low end and working your way up once you know your tolerance. Start with a quarter or half of a can and wait 45 minutes to one hour to allow the good effects to take place. Assess how you feel and decide if you want a stronger buzz. THC
It means that our THC comes from legal hemp plants and not marijuana plants. You Betcha! Hemp is legal across the United States as long as the THC product contains less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Hemp is a member of the cannabis family and was cultivated for industrial and textile purposes for centuries. It became illegal and banned in the 1930s. In 2018, hemp became legal to grow again. Today, hemp is used for social, health and wellness purposes due to the presence of four main cannabinoids: CBD, THC, CBG and CBN. The THC is extracted from hemp and concentrated in varying doses for beverages, gummies, chocolate bars and more.
We grow our hemp in nutrient-rich, USDA-certified organic soil outdoors with strict organic practices on our farm in Minnesota. We prepare the soil ourselves, hand-seed, hand-plant and hand-harvest. We do not use any pesticides or harsh chemicals. This is important to us because You Betcha!, we consume our products too and recommend them to our family, friends and community. What we put into our bodies matters and You Betcha!, we want the same for you!
Our Minnesota, sun-grown hemp-derived THC products are federally legal and are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. Before purchasing hemp-derived THC, it’s important to verify your local and state regulations to ensure you are in compliance with the law.
You Betcha! Depending on what product you consume, your buzz will be different.
We offer blends designed for different times of the day. Our Day Time blends provide a clear, focused, and uplifting euphoria that’s perfect for daytime or whenever you need an extra boost. For the evening, we have our Night Time blends that are calming and provide a soothing euphoria to help you relax, unwind and support a good night’s sleep. Be mindful not to take our Night Time blends during the day, as they might make you feel sleepy. Additionally, we have our Any Time blend that provides a feel good, blissful euphoria, that’s neither stimulating nor sedating, so it won’t keep you awake or leave you feeling sleepy.
THC is a plant-based cannabinoid that mainly binds to CB1 receptors in the brain and nervous system, while also interacting with some CB2 receptors throughout the body. It regulates the Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which helps maintain essential functions such as stress, pain, mood, memory, inflammation, and immunity by controlling neurotransmitter release. This interaction is what produces THC’s effects, which includes relaxation, pain relief, mood elevation, euphoria and increased appetite.
According to a JAMA Internal Medicine Journal article, side effects of THC can vary depending on different factors such as dosage, individual sensitivity and underlying health conditions. Some common side effects include: increased appetite-aka “the munchies”, drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, imbalance, falls, anxiety, paranoia and impaired driving, impaired coordination, impaired memory and concentration. Older adults should use extra caution due to age related conditions and risk factors. Physical side effects: dry mouth, red eyes, increased heart rate, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Psychological effects: altered perception of time and space, changes in mood (euphoria, relaxation, sedation), hallucinations (rare), delusions (rare) and addiction. It’s important that you talk to your doctor about consuming hemp derived THC if you are new to THC, have health conditions or are on medications. There are serious drug interactions with: sedatives, anti-anxiety medications, antidepressants, opioids, anticonvulsants & anticoagulants.

If your product was damaged during transit, please email us a picture and we will ship you a new product. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. The product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received a refund will be issued.
